Joe is a native Texan and a proud Texas-Ex (an alumnus of  the University of Texas). He began his career in financial services. After  capitalizing on his use of technology to increase sales, Joe was approached by several software companies. He worked at every level of management in  several of the nation’s leading software firms. Joe quickly developed a  reputation as a top sales executive, great mentor and highly skilled personnel  developer. He has presented change management concepts to the Boards of  Directors and executive management teams of Fortune 100 companies and  international conglomerates.
